My client is one of the UK's fastest growing FinTech companies serving the SME market. Their ambition is to help every SME in their mission of finding finance to help their growth. Situated in Central London, they are looking for an Account Manager to join their fun, intelligent and ambitious Account Management team.

My client is a highly ambitious FinTech company who has seen over 100% headcount growth year on year and are looking to break into the international market in the near future. This is a fantastic Account Manager opportunity to join an incredible FinTech business at the peak of it's growth phase and to be able to build a career alongside them.

The Account Manager job role:

The Fintech Account Manager role is an office based, client facing role, suited to someone who is personable, salesy, a team player and keen to develop their career within the financial services. Joining the Account Management team, your role will be fast paced, high volume and full of opportunities to learn how the company operates. Your main tasks will include (but are not limited to):

- Evaluating the quality of new inbound leads each day, following up on the most valuable and closing the opportunity

- Supporting the Business Development Managers with high levels of research and prospecting activity

- Becoming an expert in identifying funding challenges that SME customers may face and how to overcome these early on

- Be a brand enthusiast - bring strategies, ideas and thinking of how to advance the companie's values, vision and culture for the future

- Work closely with marketing and technology departments to help develop sales strategy and new products

You will be working within a dynamic and very social company which places emphasis on continued growth and learning. They encourage exposure to many departments within the company, where you can learn about different aspects of the business.

Requirements of the Fintech Account Manager:

2:1 or higher in any degree.

2+ years work experience in any finance related industry

B2B experience


As a result the successful FinTech Account Manager will be rewarded with a highly competitive base salary of up to £35,000 and an extremely lucrative uncapped commission structure and progression opportunities to progress within the business.
