We have an exciting opportunity for a Sous Chef who is ambitious and looking to progress into a Head Chef within the company.
As a Sous Chef you will get to cook seasonal fresh food, develop a high quality menu whilst controlling costs.
Modern European pub fare using the freshest and locally sourced ingredients where ever possible.
You will report directly to the Head Chef but work closely with the General Manager
