SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE - EXPRESS PARCELS
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE based out of our clients PETERBOROUGH depot . The depot services the postcode areas of PE and CB and some LE incorporating all the PETERBOROUGH, CAMBRIDGE and RUTLAND region.
The role itself is actually classed as a Sales Manager role but is 80% Sales and 20% management, reporting directly to the General Manager of the depot. The role will be focussed on selling domestic & international delivery services & associated value added services with an individual new business target of £3500 which will kick in after a 3 month bedding in period. After this period you will also be empowered with the depots top accounts to manage and develop but the focus of the role will be on new business. The minimum weekly productivity targets are 20 sales visits per week (15 prospect, 5 existing).
The successful candidate will have experience within an EXPRESS PARCELS background or from a similar service related industry which has a focus on NEW BUSINESS SALES where the successful candidate is both used to and comfortable with COLD CALLING.
You must be enthusiastic, self motivated, pro active in all aspects of work & above all you must be strong of character with the will to drive the business forward. Most importantly you must thrive on exceeding targets & be a proven new business closer.
Upto £28,000 to £30,000 basic salary
Executive company car or car allowance
Ote £35,000 to £50,000 1st year
Monthly commission scheme uncapped
Quarterly paid profit share incentive scheme
