Business Development Director - New Business Development Manager - New Business - B2B Sales - Media Sales - Digital Sales - PPC - SEO - Agency - London - Bank - £50,000 - £55,000 + Uncapped Commission + Company Benefits.

My client, who is one of the largest groups of full service digital agencies in the UK are currently seeking a Business Development Director on a permanent basis to predominately generate new business and sell online marketing contracts across as broad cross sections of industries.


  • Seek out new client and sales opportunities through cold calls, handling pre-qualified leads and assessing the sales pipeline

  • Need to be able to negotiate and close new business opportunities

  • Comfortable in face to face client meetings and preparing sales presentations

  • New Business Development Manager will need to ensure his/her weekly sales targets are met.


  • Previous B2B sales experience

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • High standard of written English and presentation skills

  • Interested in keeping up to date with digital industry so he/she is able to be commercially aware to maximize opportunities.

  • Experience in PPC (Pay Per Click) or SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) will be advantageous

  • New media and agency experience would be advantageous
