Customer Service Manager

This is an amazing opportunity to form a key part of one of Europe hottest FinTech companies. Since launching in 2014, Our client has been growing very quickly being supported by an impressive suite of angel investors. They are looking for a Customer Service Manager who will manage inbound customer enquiries and help them continue to deliver excellent customer satisfaction levels.

About the role

  • Service existing customers to manage inbound enquiries such as lost / stolen cards, misplaced orders, late payments and any other queries while delivering high quality customer satisfaction and service
  • Meticulous record keeping of customer interactions with ability to work autonomously to resolve any customer, loan or order issues and bring in the team as needed
  • Liaise with our supplies to ensure seamless order fulfilment (transport tickets) for customers and timely and correct collections of payment
  • Manage new customer orders and loans where manual intervention is required including setting payment amount and dates
  • Engage with customers directly via phone, email and chat
  • Address any customer complaints and escalate as needed
  • Direct report to the Operations Manager
  • Act as office manager, taking ownership to ensure everything runs smoothly

What our client is looking for

  • Diligent, organised and self-motivated individual with previous experience in customer service management
  • Financial services experience with an understanding of consumer loans including principle and interest rate, collection amounts and schedules is a plus. Prior experience in consumer lending such as credit cards, personal loans or auto finance also a plus
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Diligence and ability to learn quickly
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic, drive and persistence
  • Excel knowledge is a plus
