The Role:

As Head of Ad Operations, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the advertising operations, programmatic operations and business operations of the business. Your role would include:

  • Part of the Senior Management team in Europe

  • Managing the Ad Operations team (Ad Operations and Programmatic)

  • Overseeing overall Revenue and Business Operations Strategy

  • Overseeing Global digital projects

  • Testing new programmatic technology - SSP’s, Ad Exchanges, Audience Extension strategies etc

Skills & Attributes:

We are looking for a Head of Ad Operations, to join in this Pivotal role for the business. It is likely that this individual will have:

  • 7+ years’ experience in digital media

  • 2+ years’ experience working with programmatic technologies

  • Strong track record in ad operations

  • Experience with programmatic solutions (ie. Pubmatic, Rubicon, AdX etc)

  • Experience in project managing digital projects internally and externally

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Self-starter who thrives in a role that requires independent thinking

  • Ability to adapt to frequent change

To £75k Basic Salary + Quarterly Bonus + Benefits
