Sales/ Store Manager
A new company within this very exciting and expanding sector, is looking to recruit a flexible team player with exceptional Retail Management experience or from a similar customer focused environment that is looking for a challenge and to assist in developing our new company. You will take responsibility for the running of your store within our company framework, including financial figures, sales generation, and general reporting and follow up on operational process and procedures.
Having gained experience at an equivalent level in a retail background or similar customer focused environment, you will be able to work using your own initiative, be responsible for the day to day running of your store, develop your team, be enthusiastic and motivated, have contact with our customers on a daily basis, manage their accounts, sell merchandise and insurance, follow up on enquiries and deliver the best solution for their particular needs. These are all essential parts of the role, as is ensuring the presentation of the store to a high standard.
Being involved in assisting the business and senior management in developing the company and achieving its objectives, being commercially aware and building a strong brand will be required.
