We are recruiting a Deputy Hospitality Manager to join a brand new building and corporate contract based in the heart of the City. As Deputy Hospitality Manager, you will support and oversee the high volume fine dining / event requirements, as well as manage the day to day running of the two executive lounges and one executive suite.
We require candidates with exceptional attention to detail, a proactive and positive outlook and someone who has extensive high end hospitality and catering experience. If this sounds like a challenge you are ready to take - we want to hear from you!Package description

As an enthusiastic, professional and experienced deputy manager of hospitality, you will oversee all catering requirements; from small meeting lunches through to high profile events for a hundred+. You must be highly motivated to deliver outstanding service, ensuring the very highest levels of training to your team of 35.Ideal candidate
- A proactive and confident manager who strives for excellence
- Michelin/5 star hotel experience desirable
- A passion for high end service and food quality
- Comfortable multi-tasking with the ability to build relationships with a diverse group of clients, customers and colleagues
- Innovative and creative in approach whilt understanding traditional values
- Organised, able to judge and prioritise
- Have a love and passion for food and customer service
