Payroll ( Recruitment Background only)
Our Client is a Recruitment Company based in the City looking for a Credit Controller/Payroll Assistant who must have Recruitment Experience. This role will be split equally between both roles.
- Ideally they would have liked you to have dealt with Limited Companies previously.
- Knowledge of Merritt is desirable.
- Cash allocation/ Allocate cheque / BAC’s / Credit card payments in to Customers account on LOTUS.
- Collect Debit card payment from all our private listed clients. .
- Chance clients accounts.
- Seeing to invoice queries/ dealing with all queries /sending out statements.
- Checking company references and status on our online service.
- Prepare court cases where necessary.
The position is to start ASAP
Hours of work:- Monday to Friday,9 to 5pm
