Our Client is a Recruitment Company based in the City looking for a Credit Controller/Payroll Assistant who must have Recruitment Experience. This role will be split equally between both roles.

Requirements:-

  • Ideally they would have liked you to have dealt with Limited Companies previously.
  • Knowledge of Merritt is desirable.

Duties include:-

  • Cash allocation/ Allocate cheque / BAC’s / Credit card payments in to Customers account on LOTUS.
  • Collect Debit card payment from all our private listed clients. .
  • Chance clients accounts.
  • Seeing to invoice queries/ dealing with all queries /sending out statements.
  • Checking company references and status on our online service.
  • Prepare court cases where necessary.

The position is to start ASAP

Hours of work:- Monday to Friday,9 to 5pm
