About the role of Sales Manager
We are looking to recruit for a Sales Manager to head up and manage a team of 9 Inside Sales Account Managers who will be responsible for selling software solutions to Law Firms and Corporates across the UK and EMEA.
The Sales Manager role reports directly into the Head of Inside Sales and is primarily responsible for delivering the Inside Sales Account Management Sales Strategy through the delivery of results.
You will implement KPI’s, ensuring regular engagement with clients, pipeline growth and ultimately over-achievement against sales target.
Being able to coach team members through tough negotiations and help structure propositions will also be key to success in this role. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their abilities to assess and develop the skills and capabilities of the team whilst acting as a coach and mentor to ensure continuous growth.
This role would suit an ambitious Sales Manager with at least 2 - 3 years experience of managing and running an Inside Sales team who is looking to work for a market leader.
- Proven track record of managing and running an inside sales team
- Experience of working in software / SAAS or subscription sales
- Ability and experience to coach and develop sales people to reach their potential
- Excellent commercial acumen and leadership skills
- Process driven and used to working in a corporate sales environment
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales revenue targets
- Planning, reporting and analytical skills
