This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Executive to join a leading supplier of engineered wood, laminate and LVT flooring. They are involved in a vast array of commercial and residential design projects including hotels, restaurants, transport hubs and leisure centres. They showcase their amazing products in several stunning London showrooms, backed up by a phenomenal marketing and events team.
This is a new role due to growth and is primarily to actively promote all products in the range. You will manage existing accounts and develop new long-term relationships with Architects and Designers, End Users and Developers. Delivering a positive customer experience is key, hence excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills are essential.
Successful sales experience within the Flooring industry to Architects and Designers and End Users is essential.
Responsibilities will include:
* Managing existing accounts.
* Developing new sector targets.
* Generating new business and potential customer networks.
* Suggest actions to improve sales and identify new opportunities for growth whilst meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Develop and make sales presentations of the range of products.
* Plan and suggest direct marketing activities.
* Participate in company events.
To reiterate, a background in flooring sales is essential for this role, as well as a target focussed approach, natural self-motivation and a complete desire to succeed within a dynamic team.
The salary advertised does carry uncapped commission, but shows probable first year earnings, plus company car and pension.
