Sales Executive - Telemarketing - Fintech Startup
Up to £45K Basic/ Central London location
Our client is a fast-growing VC-backed FinTech startup that finds the best business finance for SMEs. Due to continued growth of their services we are now looking to hire a Sales Executive - Telemarketer to join their team.
The Sales Executive’s primary responsibility will be to generate leads via research, investigation, and prospecting, in order to establish conversations with the core target market of SMEs.
This is a great opportunity to be one of the first members of the Outbound Sales team and position yourself for excellent opportunities for career growth.

In this role you will:
Conduct high-volume prospecting (telemarketing) for qualified leads
Conduct needs assessments calls with specific prospects as assigned
Work closely with a Business Development Manager to develop and implement appropriate prospect strategies and plans.
Work internally with the marketing and sales management teams to ensure a high quality and quantity of lead generation is achieved.
You must have:
A bachelor’s degree
Successful sales prospecting experience
A desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
Sharp focus on your individual goals
Ability and desire to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience within FinTech, high growth tech startups, banking or finance would be highly beneficial.
