A fantastic opportunity to work for a leading UK investment and financial planning advisory firm, looking after over £9 billion client assets and with ambitious organic growth plans.

The Client Service Team Assistant Role will provide support to the London Client Service Team who intern provide support to the London Investment Team. This is an administrative position and integral to providing excellent client service to both internal and external clients

Duties & Responsibilities

- Running and delivering daily checks relating to the following;
client standing orders,
payments and receipts processed the previous working day
systemic static data changes
- Client meeting preparation including the following
- Ordering valuations
- PowerPoint presentations
- Collating documents into one bound pack
- Ensuring all documents are presented in the corporate style and to the highest standard
- Assisting with the client month and quarter end reporting processes
- Sending out monthly valuations
- Electronic filing of valuations delivered by email
- Assist with the production of quarterly report covering letters
- Typing of client related documents e.g. file notes, suitability reviews, forms
- Travel arrangements for the Client Service and Investment Teams
- Scanning of incoming post, electronic filing, paper filing including the creation of new client files
- Handling telephone queries from clients and third parties
- Ad hoc project work as affects the Client Service Team
