Senior Payroll & Benefits Manager needed for a well established company based in Central London.

You will be working for a well established company based in Central London.
Your new role
You will be working as the Senior Payroll & Benefits Manager on a 6 month fixed term contract basis with possible extension.
You will provide management to the daily operation of UK payrolls split over multiple sites. You will directly manage the payroll & benefits team which consists of 3 employees. You will be responsible for the alignment of the compensation & benefits across multiple legal entities. You will support HR in the new merger and acquisition proposals from a payroll, compensation and benefits point of view for the UK. You will be involved in the formulation of reward, recognition and benefits policies, reporting of and reviewing of payroll activity across the business.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will have previous experience in a managerial role where you have directly managed a team of people. You will also have experience with ADP Freedom and will have had exposure to RSUs. You will also have had experience in a payroll position and have had exposure to compensation and benefit duties. You will also need strong excel skills.
Personality wise, you will be extremely personable and enjoy working with people. You will have strong communication skills and will be up for a challenge.
Candidates must be either immediately available or on 1 week notice.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a salary of between £60,000 - £65,000 based on experience.
