Senior Sales Consultant

Alton, near Basingstoke, Guildford, Farnham, Bordon and Aldershot

Our Client is a highly successful award-winning Life insurance broker undertaking a massive double-growth plus expansion programme due to high demand for their services. They are looking for a self-motivated and dedicated Sales Negotiator with star quality to sell their range of attractive Life and Private Medical insurance products.

The successful candidate will receive full product and sales training and second- to -none back up from their team and line management.

Job Purpose

· Make outward calls to a supplied database of customers (there is no cold-calling) with the purpose of providing a range of appropriate insurance products on a non-advised basis. You will have access to the whole of market insurers.

· To maximize outward sales of Life, Life -Term, Over 50’s and funeral insurance plans plus will-writing services to satisfy all customer’s needs

· To meet daily and monthly personal and team targets set by line management

Key Responsibilities

· Maximize the potential of every lead received from interested potential customers and overcome any objections

· Conduct a detailed fact-find procedure with each client, ensuring the correct product is presented.

· Maintain a high standard of compliance at all times

· Manage a large and busy pipeline of cases

· Work assiduously to targets set by line managers

· Constantly work towards customer satisfaction

The successful candidate will have an enquiring mind and keep themselves updated in the industry, especisally competitor monitoring and trends.
