Area Manager Retail - London Upto £35,000 + Car, Laptop, Mobile phone + Bonuses

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Area Retail Manager to join an accommodation establishment within the London region. The client is proud of their strong customer contract relationships and friendly atmosphere and are looking for experienced Area Retail Manager who can meet the demanding command of the clientele. Due to the demand to servicing their discerning clients, they are looking for likeminded individuals who have worked in a similar Area Retail Manager role to support all aspects of the company's products and services.

Job Description

As an Area Retail Manager you will be responsible for:

  • All profit and loss accounts
  • Work with the housekeeping and cleaning teams to main high standards
  • Training & developing staff at all levels
  • Be commercially minded
  • Planning, organising and coming up with creative working ideas
  • Passionate about delivering customer service
  • Strong man management skills
  • Be able to think on their feet and come up with conclusive ideas
  • Identifying problems and reacting to resolve the issues
  • Strong focus on quality and delivery
  • Delivering the standard requirements through agreed contracts

The Ideal candidate will be:

  • Experienced in a similar facilities Area Management role or Area Retail or hotel environment at multi site level
  • Be able to work with teams of over 15/20 staff
  • Must have strong financial understanding
  • Be able to work in a high demanding environments at multi site level
  • Must be able to drive
  • Atleast 3/4 years experience at Area Management level
  • Able to instruct clear instructions to the senior team and staff members
  • Used to being in a fast paced service background
  • Be proactive and being able to think on their feet
  • Used to dealing with different types of facility management with customer service being the top priority

The ideal candidate will have great organisational skills along with the passion and commitment in driving excellent service to the clientele and a proven track record in the hotel, retail or facilities Area Management industry.
