A rare opportunity for an experience Head of Sales/ Head of Desk/ Sales Manager etc to join a growing business founded 6 years ago, based in Liverpool Street, City of London. The purpose of the role will act as the liaison between the company MD and the new business sales team.
- Dad to Day oversight of a new business sales team
- Responsibility for individual and team targets related to KPI - Call stats, client engagement etc.
- Developing new ways to keep the sales team motivated - Added incentives, competitions, etc)
- Providing on-the-desk training, develop techniques and improve efficiency
- Simplifying and improving internal procedures relating to leads and pipeline management
- Overseeing the business unit responsible for generating new business and client acquisition
- Drive growth of the private & corporate client desk
- Build on existing relationships improve affiliate and introducer agreements
- Ensuring the full weight of all selling points - Service, Product offering, tech and media coverage
- Securing customer buy-in

- 2 years or more sales experience in Corporate FX - Essential
- 2 years or more in sales management within FX - Essential
- Natural sales ability
- An excellent understanding of FX products within deliverable FX
