Head of Workforce Planning

We are looking for an established Head of Workforce Planning professional from within an FCA regulated Contact Centre environment. You will Lead and develop the Forecasting and Scheduling team of 15, ensuring delivery of high quality and accurate forecasting, planning and scheduling across the network.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible to ensure all necessary forecasting, planning, monitoring, reporting and decision making processes are in place
  • Accountability for the collation, accuracy and consistency of all FTE data
  • Responsible for the on-going monitoring of SLA performance, providing analysis, identifying issues and making appropriate recommendations
  • Accountability for the development of the annual budget for Operations and preparation of quarterly re-forecasts.
  • Accountability for the build an 18 month view on FTE to meet forecasted workload.
  • Accountable for development of the 5 year long term FTE budget planning
  • Business Scenario Planning.
  • Long-term Capacity Plans
  • People Management.
  • To inspire, motivate and lead the Workforce Planning team
  • To act as a figure head and central point of contact

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience of forecasting, planning and workforce management
  • Previous experience of budget preparation, management and analysis
  • Previous experience of the collation and maintenance of accurate manpower data
  • Previous line management experience
  • Specialist Knowledge: Forecasting & Planning methodologies, telephony systems/tools and Workforce Management System
  • High level of analytical and statistical ability

This is a permanent position paying £85,000 per annum with an outstanding bonus and benefits package. Relocation packages are available.
