As Account Management Team Leader your responsibilities will be both personal management of key and high potential accounts, and managing a team of account managers. Your portfolio will include some of the top accounts in the business with focus on growing the business within these accounts. This will be a client facing role with regular meetings with various contacts within the client's organisation.

As manager of the team, you'll be leading by example, building the team's skills and offering support where needed. You'll be running 1-2-1 meetings with the team, with support from Head of Account Management.


My client requires the following experience for the successful Account Management Team Leader:

  • At least 2 years experience managing a team.
  • Track record in building strong commercial relationships in an account manager capacity.
  • Ability to evidence achievement against sales targets.
  • Background in Adtech, Software or Digital environment is essential.

Job Offer

£42,000-£50,000 + bonus and benefits.
