Ideal candidates will have the following:
-Minimum 2 years' in a leadership or management role, preferably within a B2B service desk.
-Good technical, analytical and interpersonal skills
-Experience delegating duties, performance reviews and conducting regular mentoring
-Working knowledge of up to date desktop applications
-ITIL or similar certifications
Personal attribute's:
-Passionate about technology and delivering world class customer service
-Motivational and proven leadership skills, a builder of teams!
-Organised and the ability to multi task, especially during crisis situations
-Excellent communication skills,, both written and verbal
