A JavaScript Developer (MEAN - MongoDB, Angular, Node) is currently being sought by an industry leading and game changing, hugely successful brand who are a part of a very well-known, global FTSE100 business specialising in business media publishing and specialised data services and analytics.

This Senior JavaScript Developer role will work from their really bright and modern offices in London.

Ideally, they are looking for skills and experience in Linux based development with Angular, Node, and any cloud (preferably AWS) based technology. They use cutting edge technology to make sure they stay ahead of the game including the latest continuous delivery technology and models.

This JavaScript Developer (MongoDB, Angular, Node) role will be based in London and will pay anything up to £60,000 p.a. for the right person, plus a bonus and an outstanding benefits package!

The skills and experience they hold as priority for this role are strong JavaScript / Angular skills, Node and Linux but the following is the full break-down:

  • Excellent experience in front end web development (JavaScript, HTML 5, CSS 3 and Responsive Design).
  • Angular.js
  • Node.js
  • Proven experience of working on customer facing web applications.
  • Strong experience of TDD and Object Oriented principles.
  • Agile Development (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder skills.

Bonus points would be awarded if you have any of the following skills and or experience:

  • Mongo DB.
  • Amazon Web Services.
  • Git/Stash.
  • One-click deployments, continuous integration, continuous delivery and test automation.
  • Team City / Puppet.
  • UI design skills and experience with Adobe Creative Cloud
