Job Description

The Campaign Specialist will develop and initiate strategic/programmatic 'always on' campaigns, through internal/external collaboration, to ensure that business targets are appropriately met. The strategic Campaigns should build reputation, generate demand and leads and provide the right sales enablement content and asset.

•Defines and executes marketing campaigns and plays a leadership role in managing daily initiatives.

•Controls budgets in both the planning and execution process of a campaign; solves problems in the execution of campaigns and maximize the ROI.

•Conceptualising campaigns aligning to industry best-practices

•Work closely with the Campaign Strategy Manager,

•Liaise with Marketing Services and Demand Lead Generation team to plan best practice 'always-on’ campaigns following through using resources internally and externally

•Use analytics from previous campaigns to inform and create performance indicators for future campaigns.

•Inform specific customer journey’s to maximise our customers’ experience of the client’s B2B brand. Develop a strong working knowledge of your specific campaign program(s).

•Partner with Marketing Services to optimise execution and while considering the timelines and budgets. Act as the critical hub between the client’s B2B propositions team, and the final campaign execution.

•Supporting framework and governance, process and execution for value proposition creation, Execution of the content creation process

•Maintain and manage the Advisory and Influencer Program

Essential skills

•Knowledge of effective measurement techniques and ability to measure the quality and quantity of work effort for the purpose of improvement.

•Knowledge of provider management processes and ability to effectively manage the business relationship with our providers (e.g. Marketing Services).

•Knowledge of the major responsibilities, accountabilities, and organization of the marketing function or department; ability to execute effective marketing plans and strategies.

•Knowledge of different media channels (e.g. Web, social, press, events, etc.); ability to evaluate and select the most preferable outlets to ensure information is effectively delivered to target audiences.

•Ability to identify best fit strategy to meet campaign objectives (e.g. Awareness, Retention, Growth strategies
