The restaurant is very intimate with 30 covers a service and a brigade of 6 chefs. The menu changes daily using fantastic quality produce. As the menu changes so frequently this is an extremely creative role and perfect for someone who is artistic and dreaming of winning a star this year.
The ideal background is someone who has worked in fine dining establishments, someone who has management experience and who is incredibly driven.
The hours for this job are intense to ensure that quality is maintained day in day out, with 10 shifts a week.
