Procurement Manager - Leading Hospitality Company - Job Summary

Are you an experienced and proven Procurement Manager who is keen to make an impact on a leading international business? Our client is an exciting brand who are looking for a procurement manager to join the business and ensure a strong supply chain whilst driving product quality.

Working with a strong level of autonomy, you will be involved with a number of key projects including Menu Development (alongside the Company Executive Chef) and developing excellent relationships with new and existing suppliers

Procurement Manager - Leading Hospitality Company - Role Responsibility

As Procurement Manager you will work with the senior leadership team to drive / stimulate sales and margin growth. This is an ideal role for a proven procurement manager within the leisure / hospitality industry with strong commercial and communication skills

  • Menu Development - work with the Executive Chef to analyse menu / ingredient lists to develop sales growth
  • Be the main point of contact between the UK and European teams ensuring strong processes are maintained throughout the business
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with new and existing suppliers
  • Management of the internal supplier list and contract negotiation
  • Ensure and manage the processes of adding a new supplier to the business
  • Management of the company pricing policy
  • Financial management including reviews, invoices, credit notes and profit margin
  • Delivery management
  • Key point of contact between site managements and suppliers
