Finance Assistant home-based job on a permanent basis for a charity based in Central London. £27,000 per annum
Your new company
An educational not-for-profit organisation are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant on a permanent basis. The role is home-based for four days and then is in the office for one day which is based in Central London.
Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring supplier invoices received are authorised correctly and are posted to the ledger in a timely manner. You will ensure the coding of staff expenses submitted are accurate and receipts are provided. Furthermore you will reconcile all bank accounts on a monthly basis as well as ensuring payments are made per cash flow forecast to the correct bank account.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will be AAT qualified and have previous experience in a similar role. Furthermore you will have experience dealing with multi-currently transactions. Experience using Microsoft Dynamics GP is desirable.
