We are looking for a talented and energetic individual to join the growing team. Lead Specialists are a key resource in the sales organisation and help drive new sales through prospecting and lead generation support. If you are used to executing high volume calling campaigns, can demonstrate qualification excellence, and have a track record of pipeline generation in the B2B space we would like to hear from you.

New Business Executive - Required Skills / Experience:

  • Have previous telesales / lead generation experience
  • Be able to demonstrate drive and ambition with a desire for results
  • Possess excellent communication skills both written and spoken
  • Display strong ability to influence
  • Have a personable and friendly nature with the ability to work on own initiative but to also be a team player
  • Exhibit a competitive and can do attitude
  • Be a quick learner who is proactive and able to work on own initiative

New Business Executive - Tasks / Responsibilities:

  • Manage the lead qualification and prospecting process for defined campaigns
  • Drive the outbound prospecting process in order to generate new business leads
  • Qualify prospect customers from both inbound and outbound lead sources
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at prospective accounts
  • Manage the account profiling process, which includes understanding the customer’s buying process and communicating the value proposition to prospects
  • Pass qualified customer account leads to Sales Account Managers
