Specialist – Talent Management
A leading Global Financial Institution is seeking to employ a Specialist – Talent Management, based in London.
Hours 35 per week/permanent.

The role holder will support the development of group-wide Talent policies, products, frameworks and tools and ensure that these meet Global Business/Functions and regulatory requirements. They will support specific business line/function and HOST the annual Talent and Succession Planning cycle working with the Development Head and wider HR community. They will communicate, educate and support the execution of group-wide Talent policies, products and processes. The individual will provide regular and ad hoc Talent MI and reporting and analysis to the respective Head of Development, HR Exco and other committees as required. They will monitor and manage risk in the execution of the Group Succession Plan and Talent plan. They will ensure compliance with regulatory and bank policies, monitoring audit and risk management reports and initiate corrective actions where necessary.
The successful candidate will be a graduate and will have the following:
- HR experience with focus on talent and development
- Experience in project management and coordinating delivery through others
- Experience of working in a large organisation, ideally international
- Good working knowledge in MS Office
