This market leader in British and Irish Golf Club IT applications, is looking to recruit an Office and Accounts Manager.

The Role:

- To provide general daily business administrative.
- Check all orders generated from sales.
- Taking customers' orders over the phone / dealing with customer service queries
- Updating and maintaining Customer Databases
- Book keeping - help maintaining sales and supplier ledgers, preparing all invoice payments, reconciling nominal accounts monthly.
- Dealing with and raising/confirming PO orders
- Payment of invoices
- Deal with post on daily basis and action as required.
- Preparation of all Sales and Pro Forma invoices.
- Ensure all payments are made and received to the Company in a timely manner in relation to sales invoices and supplier payments.

The ideal candidate:

Will have some experience in office management and accounts, maybe looking for the next step to use their skills and develop their career. Knowledgeable about the golf industry an advantage, possibly having been a member of a golf club.

- General daily administrative Duties
- Processing of orders
- Day to day running of office
- Deal with sales/enquiry emails
- General daily, weekly, monthly accounting administration


- AAT qualified an advantage
- Confident and social personality
- Good communicator
- Proficient with all Microsoft office programs
- Diligent & self-motivator
- Excellent organisational & time-management skills
- Independent and able to self-manage/ Ability to work as a team player
- The ability to prioritise and complete tasks in order to deliver desired outcomes
- A knowledge of golf and the industry may be very advantageous
