Senior Business Manager, Client Management, based in London
A leading Global Financial Institution is seeking to employ a Senior Business Manager, Client Management, based in London
Hours 35 per week/permanent.

The role holder will maintain and enhance multiple lines of Business Client Management & Client Due Diligence (CDD) Target Operating Model, across the client life cycle. They will work with key stakeholders to drive operational consistency, improved client experience, monitor key effectiveness and drive further business improvements. The individual will lead the global design and on-going enhancements of the Client Management Target Operating Model (TOM) including the overall client On-boarding process and experience and CDD requirements. They will lead the design and development of a multiple client related change projects, including, but not limited to, Transaction Monitoring, Trigger Events, Know Your Non-client Counterparty and Affiliate Due Diligence. They will support the development and maintenance of the AMG Client Management policy and be responsible for the client data governance processes. They will ensure appropriate governance structures are in place and define, shape and recommend creative solutions options.
The successful candidate will be a graduate and will have the following:
- Asset Management or industry experience ideally within a Client Management/Servicing function
- Regulatory and Financial Crime risk management knowledge
- Experience with evidence of involvement in both large and small scale systems, from a business perspective working in a liaison role between the business and change
