Executive Comensation Manager
Our client is a leading International Banking Organisation headquartered in Canary Wharf in London.
They are seeking an Manager of Executive Services in HR for a new position. This is a permanent position paying circa £60,000 basic salary with excellent bonus and full package potential.
This role will be responsible for planning, delivering and processing HR services, and this will include:
- Planning and delivery of Q1 cash and share based payround timetables, process and communication materials
- Preparing and delivering briefing materials, analysis and MI as required by the Global Comp and Bens Director and MD.
- Be an integral part of the team that forms Group Compensation and benefits and develop close working relationships with external advisors to Group Executive Compensation Members
You will also be required to provide analytical, operational, compliance and governance support and document preparation linked to the hiring and leaving process of members and senior MDs as required.
