Digital Optimisation Analyst


£40,000 - £45,000

My client are one of the UK's leading media owners who have paved the way with digital transformation. However, to stay ahead of the competition and keep their leading edge in what is a fast changing media landscape; they put analysis and optimisation at the forefront of their strategy.

Role of Digital Optimisation Analyst

Working within the consumer division and reporting into the Head of Data Science, this is a key role for the business enabling them to understand and convert on their digital data.

- Plan and run a regular schedule of A/B tests
- Provide reports on funnel analysis and conversion metrics for all of the products
- Work with other teams such as UX and research to look at competitor analysis and new areas for improvement
- Create experiments to test your theories and translate to KPI and tracking indicators
- Recommend changes and improvements to the site design to increase conversion.
- Understand consumer journeys and provide insights on this.

Skills of Digital Optimisation Analyst

- Experience running A/B tests
- Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) software like Optimizely or Adobe Target is a benefit
- Understanding of UX behaviour and user journeys
- Ability to generate insights and deliver reports
- Good Excel skills
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is a plus
