Sales Director- Central London
£60- £70 Basic Salary, OTE of between £120,000- £150,000

We are currently recruiting this Sales Director position for one of our preferred partners in a prime patch of central London. They are a well-established, reseller of I.T and MFD peripherals. Our client has extended its services beyond Managed Print and also provides Hosted and On-Premise Infrastructure, Unified Communications, IT Support, Document Workflow, Business Continuity and more.
Sales Director position will include:
- Managing a total of 10 people, including 2 managers (Each have 4 reports)
- Maximising new business development opportunities
- Motivate and incentivise the team appropriately so that targets and optimal working styles are achieved
- Continuous evaluation of the sales team progress and providing coaching, training and development to maximise performance and personal growth.
- Working closely with the other Divisions within the business and their Senior Management to create strategies to ensure cross selling opportunities are maximised driving MPS solutions in to existing customers of other goods and services.
The right person for this position will be:
- It is essential to have experience in MPS or Document Management Sales
- Proven track record of both personal sales performance and team sales performance.
- Be ambitious, dedicated with a ‘can do’ and positive attitude to work.
- Be highly self-motivated and target-driven.
