A leading international wholesale bank are currently looking for a Regulatory Change Manager to join their Compliance team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. You will be joining one of the largest banks in the world and will be at the forefront of the implementation of new systems and procedures within the bank. You will be based in luxurious offices in the heart of the City of London and will be working alongside an experienced team and Head of Compliance.

You will have oversight of important pieces of Regulatory Change throughout the bank such as EMIR, MiFID II and MAR. You will carry out gap analyses in relation to these regulations and develop a plan to address these gaps throughout the bank. You will be responsible for updating policies and procedures in accordance with any regulatory change and you will project manage any regulatory change that needs to be carried out.

You will have previous experience in a regulatory change capacity ideally within a similar, multi-faceted financial services institution and you will ideally have previous experience within wholesale banking. You will have a strong knowledge of the aforementioned relevant regulations. A PRINCE 2 qualification would be beneficial but not essential however, proven project management experience is key. The salary on offer for this 12 month FTC is up to £80k/annum and there is a chance of the contract being extended or indeed being made permanent.
