Field Sales Negotiator

My client is an award winning maret leading company in the leisure / travel sector. Due to demand for their premium product and exciting plans for the future they have exciting opportunity for motivated individuals to join their field sales team. The role offers high earning potential with current advisers earning in excess of £100 000.

They are looking for expert Sales Negotiators who can promote their luxury accommodation to customers in a professional and knowledgeable manner, instantly building a strong relationship with prospects who visit their locations.

They need dynamic and positive applicants who thrive on the challenge of working in a target-driven sales environment, who are comfortable in talking to clients both over the telephone and face-to-face representing a luxury brand.

Role: Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Maximising CRM database for customers in addition to appointments booked in for you by the head office internal sales team.
  • Implement local marketing initiatives as part of achieving your own personal targets in generating appointments
  • Receive both pre-booked appointments and walk in visitors and deliver a highly professional sales presentation.
  • Confidently sell all products, gaining understanding of the customer's situation
  • Hours of work: Your hours of work will be an average of 45 hours per week. You will work 5 days per week which will include weekends and bank holidays with 2 days off in the week.
