A KS2 Teacher is required for a large primary school based in the inner city London Borough of Tower Hamlets. This is an exciting opportunity for either an NQT or experienced KS2 class teacher to join the team as a Year 3 class teacher. This role is offered on a long term/permanent basis and is to commence in September 2017.

This is a lovely inner city primary school graded 'Good' by OFSTED based within the inner London Borough of Tower Hamlets. The passionate Headteacher is looking to secure a dedicated, enthusiastic, talented and ambitious KS2 Teacher to take on a Year 3 class teacher role which will commence in September 2017. The Head and the SLT are keen to appoint a like minded individual who will share the visions, values and ethos that has been set at the school for many years. For the right candidate a TLR is available. The Head requires a KS2 Teacher who ideally has experience of leading a Year 3 class to success; however an NQT who can demonstrate strong teaching skills would be considered and supported fully throughout their time at the school.


The school serves a heavily diverse area within the inner city London Borough of Tower Hamlets and a KS2 Teacher with inner city experience would be ideal for this role. The school has recently introduced a new and exciting curriculum which aims to inspire both the children and teaching staff. Children make excellent progress through the school and they celebrated some of the schools best results in 2015 with an average of 95% of children achieving Level 4 and above in Maths, reading and writing. The school aims to beat that figure next year.

As a KS2 Teacher and Year 3 class teacher you will work with 2 parallel Year 3 class teachers and deliver a unique curriculum suitable for the children. As the school aims for outstanding you will be part of a team that is committed to raising standards.
