Our client is a large family owned global branded food manufacturer with instantly recognisable brands in multiple food categories.

With products sold in over 100 countries and 25 factories globally, their brands are currently in YoY growth and their category, marketing and sales departments are being heavily invested in.

They are currently looking for an energetic Brand Manager to join their current marketing structure to work on one of the nation’s favourite products.

They are looking for a marketer that can support the Marketing Manager in developing and delivering transformational plans to build the brand.

You will have responsibility for managing and executing NPD & EPD, planning and delivery of the annual brand strategy and developing full marketing mix communication.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Day to day brand and product management
  • Establish consumer insights
  • Track and record market performance
  • Development and launch of NPD
  • 360° marketing communication and activations
  • Lead the brand planning process for the brand
  • Manage external marketing agencies
  • Monitor and control of the marketing budget

Requirements:

You will be currently operating at a senior Assistant Brand Manager or Brand Manager level ideally working for a food manufacturer or within consumer goods. Classically trained within a medium or large FMCG business you will have exposure to the full marketing mix and will be able to hit the ground running. You will be a creative and commercial thinker, with an entrepreneurial flair. Good business acumen with sound commercial judgement and a passion for food is vital. Enthusiastic and driven you will be a real self starter.
