1st line Service Desk Analyst with Windows OS, Windows 2008/2012, AD, Office 365 and Outlook required to join leading enterprise based in Redhill, Surrey.

Salary: To £22,000 depending on experience plus on-call + excellent benefits

Background: They require at least 1 years experience of working in a busy / enterprise service desk, ideally 200+ users and have carried out 1st line support to a head office and remote sites.

Skills required:

  • Windows Operating Systems up to 10
  • Active Directory administration
  • Windows Server Windows 2008, Windows 2012 knowledge
  • MS Office, 365, MS Outlook
  • Anti-virus, Backup software, Remote Access
  • Email & Web filtering, Telephony (Avaya preferable)

Any Citrix XenApp, VMware vSphere, SCCM, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS beneficial

Using your excellent communication and troubleshooting skills you will provide first line support to over 600 business users. You will also get involved in general IT Support - monitoring and maintenance, documentation and solution implementation.

You will be required to work on-call 1 week in 12, on-call allowance given on top of salary.
