About the Team:
Telefonica Digital has launched a Connected Car product which aims to change the face of driving in the UK.

Initially it offers competitively priced motor insurance, rewards safe driving and offers other value added motoring related services. The aim is to enhance the driving experience whilst reducing the total cost of ownership of the car. You will be responsible for keeping the proposition fresh and at the leading edge in the industry.

Your role:
We are looking for an energetic, and experienced leader with experience of bringing insurance and/or car related products to market and growing a large, highly profitable and sustainable business that is seen as a leader and an innovator in its chosen markets.

Responsibilities:
-You`ll be the acquisition and retention lead for Connected Car products and services with responsibilities spanning the full customer lifecycle from pricing, acquisition, through comms and retention to exit
-With our insurance partners BGL you will manage our insurance panel to deliver competitive net rates by modelling price elasticity, demographics and discount analysis, finding win-win solutions with insurers
-You`ll manage a small team to deliver the KPIs
-Your key performance indicators will include sales conversion, acquisition volume, throughput and velocity, upsell, revenue and profit, customer engagement, retention and loyalty
-You will be responsible for continuous monitoring and improvement of commercial performance to ensure we remain competitive, differentiated, innovative and sought after in a dynamic and fast paced market place using customer insights and input from key stakeholders
-You will develop and own the marketing strategy and plans and work with internal and external partners to effectively promote our products to achieve sales and retention targets
-You will maximise ROI on existing products and seek out new revenue streams and/or partnerships to increase opportunities to maximise income from existing and prospective customer base

Demonstrable Experience:
-Skilled in complex commercial analysis of sales funnel data, conversion rates, price elasticity
-Experience of incubating and launching a new (none core) business within a large complex organisation with a related but different core product or service
-Knowledge of the general insurance industry
-Experience of operating in complex virtual teams to deliver core objectives
-Great at senior stakeholder management and confident dealing with Telefonica`s Executive Management team
-Comfortable with ambiguity, and delivering under pressure in complex fast paced environments
