Accountancy Action is currently recruiting for a temporary to permanent Accounts Payable position to start immediately. The purpose of the role is to process and maintain the purchase ledger, as well as supporting the Management Accountants.
- Processing purchase invoices daily and obtaining approval
- Checking staff expenses and entering on to the system
- Bank reconciliations
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Preparation of weekly maybe runs
- Administration of petty cash and company credit cards
- Respond to all queries
