This very busy, top end brasserie, which is part of a well known restaurant group, is seeking an experienced Chef De Partie to join its brigade. You will be creating fresh modern Eclectic cuisine and there is a strong focus on using only the freshest seasonal produce and best cuts of meats, all of which are sourced locally and bought in fresh daily. You must have experience within similar environments. Experience within Rosette establishments would be a big advantage.
As Chef De Partie you will be working on the larder and grill sections. You will also be responsible for the development and supervision of the junior chefs under your wing. There would also be opportunities for progression due to future plans for further expansion of the group. A competitive salary of £24,000 per annum is available for the right Chef De Partie.
