Full Time
Between 3 advisers, they manage £90 million worth of client assets and £550,000 worth of recurring income. They specialise in private client advice to clients with assets of around the £250,000 mark, although they have a fair amount of clients with more than this, some with portfolios in excess of £1 million. In recent years, they have found that the majority of their advice centres around the at retirement market, but they get involved in some interesting investment led work too.

Making sure that their clients are well looked after, with regular adviser contact is very important to the directors and they've realised that with the abundance of referrals that they get, they need to take on another adviser sooner rather than later. They would like to give the oncoming adviser the opportunity to look after a proportion of this client bank. The main point of this job role is to service these clients, ensuring a high level of contact and satisfaction, before seeking out new business. This opportunity would be really good for a senior financial planner or a more junior adviser looking to get some face to face experience, maybe even a paraplaner looking for their first advisory position.

Salary wise, we are looking to pay between £30,000 and £40,000, but we will pay a bonus on top of this to reward new client on-boarding and new business generated from the existing clients. Bonus will be paid at 40% of anything written in excess of £5000 per month, which bearing in mind the industry average, is pretty good. The other advisers there are writing between £8000 and £10,000 per months, so there is no reason why you won't be doing similar levels of business after an initial bedding in period.
