Nordic/Scandinavian Senior Sales Account Executive - SaaS based Marketing Platform, £60-75k base, £DOUBLE OTE uncapped + bens, BASED IN LONDON
My client is a hugely exciting Forrester market leader in the SaaS based demand generation marketing platform space, offering a best-in-class web based marketing and video engagement platform to tier1+2 clients across the globe.
Due to continued success and growth in the EMEA markets, they are looking for a strong, consultative salesperson with native/business fluent Scandinavian language skills (no preference on which) to join their London based UK team to help further increase their market presence in the Nordic markets. An excellent opportunity for someone with the right language skills, to further their sales career with a great company in and exciting space.
As a Nordic focused EMEA Account Executive, you will use your solution selling skills to build long-standing relationships with prospects and clients across the region. My client is looking for an individual who is results orientated, performance driven and who thrives in a fast paced, team environment. As an innovator in their space my client has experienced significant growth and has recently been recognised as the market leader by Forrester. New starters can expect comprehensive training and support and to attend an induction program at their Headquarters in California
- 100% focus on new business across the Nordic region, taking my client’s SaaS based demand generation marketing platform to market
- Some lead generation to support the warm leads you would receive from the Inside Sales function
- Strategic development of commercial relationships with key stakeholders within target businesses across the Nordic/Scandinavian region
- Preparing and delivering highly personalised, targeted presentations and pitchers, both in person and via the ON24 platform
- Understanding, through questioning and exploration, what prospective customer’s pain points are, and delivering ON24 as a solution.
- Some travel to the region
- Native/business fluent Swedish/Danish/Norwegian/Finnish is an absolute prerequisite
- Have a track record of meeting and exceeding quota in a competitive, fast paced environment.
- Possess solution sales experience; my client leads with a consultative approach and their customers see them as trusted advisors.

- 4+ years of SaaS sales experience
- German language skills
- A good understanding of digital marketing (experience selling to a Marketing DMU a plus)
- Have sold face to face as well as via Web meetings and owned responsibility for the full sales cycle
- Possess consultative sales skills and the ability to construct RIO to support the buying process
