OfficeTeam is actively seeking a Temporary Office Manager to join a Retail firm based in Central London the successful candidate will deliverer a high standard of Office Management and PA support to the Head of HR. OfficeTeam has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Office Manager/ PA on a Temporary basis to join a Retail firm based in Central London. The role will encompass the following duties; managing the Reception and all Facilities, liaising with contractors and ensuring all Health and Safety procedures are adhered to. In addition the successful candidate will be expected to provide ad hoc PA support to the Head of HR; including diary management, booking travel and processing expense claims. Having had exposure and the ability to deal with highly confidential information in an appropriate manner with both strong written and verbal skills is a must.
