The role as National Account Manager will be responsible for leading all activity across the Grocery sector in managing, growing and increasing the business portfolio.

The client are a leading name within the FMCG markets with an unrivalled product offering to suit consumer's ever-changing needs. Through continued expansion, we are looking to grow the National Account's team further to suit our client with an experience head focused within this remit with the addition of this National Account Manager position.

Job Role:
Full P&L for key Grocer accounts within the UK
Drive sales and business objectives
Work closely with the strategic commercial team and align objectives with marketing and procurement amongst other business sectors
Full P&L & NPD responsibility
Pride themselves on hard-work combined with the ability to make strong business decisions under strict time frames
Working closely with Sales, Marketing and Product Development teams to consistently suit consumer needs
Manage and grow accounts through regular meetings and service offerings
Become the focal point for all Grocer accounts within the remit

The Ideal Candidate:
You must have experience working with the top 4 Grocer accounts
Your background should include selling a branded FMCG product
Commercial - P&L experience is essential
Drive and amplitude to consistently drive accounts
Strong commercial background and/or brand marketing link in their career to date
Proven ability to manage a strong account portfolio with the FMCG/Consumer field
Ideally degree educated
