You will be bright, ambitious and enthusiastic. We are looking for a true self-starter, someone who wants to take responsibility, contribute from day one and hit the ground running. You will be a graduate with a passion for sales and marketing, looking for your first role. A role which will give you the opportunity to work closely with the Director of RED, learning about all aspects of the work that is done in the team and liaising with RED's clients.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
*Planning and delivering the client, via the in-house Operations team, and acting as a key point of contact
*Supporting the development of new business opportunities, including putting together and attending customer credentials meetings
*Working on advertising campaigns and updating the web site
*Ensuring that internal systems are updated and MI is produced

Skills and Experience:
*Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
*Ability to build relationships and work as part of a team
*Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
*A high level of IT competence
*High level of academic attainment with a background in business studies or marketing would be an advantage
