A new opportunity has become available at an International Bank for a Global Custody Transition Officer.

Duties to include:

  • Transition management, ensuring timely receipt of all required documentation
  • To ensure variation of service or nonstandard service requirements are brought to the attention of the Transition manager and the operations staff at the earliest point
  • Ensure the timely and complete receipt of all documentation required for take on of new business
  • Ensure all documentation authorised and complete and in place prior to live date
  • Prepare documentation for take on of new custody business and to evaluate and enhance documentation process as and when appropriate
  • Ensure all record s and systems are updated correctly with information required for processing new business
  • Prepare and dens documentation to clients
  • Be involved in the collection and management of appropriate tax documentation required for clients
  • Coordinate the completion of legal documentation
  • To be involved as required in any on-going KYC and AML documentation requirements
  • Organise and attend client visits, document call reports and meetings and identify and follow up on any issues raised as a result of the transition process
  • Ensure that all client records are up to date ad confirm on an annual basis to the head of Transition
  • Keep appraised of market developments and advise clients of changes
  • To ensure that all Client static is processed within the systems
  • Ensure review of Transition control documents to maintain integrity
  • Monitor account openings of Transition clerk, check and provide sign off once complete
  • Assist with the management of the Transition section and to provide cover or the section management

The candidate will have:

  • Experience within a Global Custody environment or related industry
