Salary: £27k + Company Van

Company Profile:

Our Client are a family run business who specialises within the cleaning industry and are looking to expand their successful team. You will be responsible for managing the delivery of Cleaning and Support services onsite whilst ensuring the highest standards are delivered. This contract is overseeing a range of portfolios, including offices, leisure and some retail sites. The successful candidate would have the relative experience in this sector and consider themselves to be a presentable and committed individual.

Role Description:

  • Manage and adhere to budgets and complete required reporting to stakeholders
  • Maintain and promote Health and Safety standards and processes
  • Undertake Quality Control inspections and audits
  • Identify cost saving opportunities and service delivery innovations
  • Project management and mobilisation of contracts
  • Develop Client relationships
  • Ensure SLAs are managed, developed and implemented to meet the needs to the Client
  • Provide regular reports and attend planned meetings with Client
  • Provide quotations for Clients using software and oversee that work is completed and invoiced
  • Managing the team to ensure motivation
  • Support staff with training and development.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • At least 3 years’ Cleaning Management experience
  • IOSH
  • Experience of working with CAFM systems
  • Good knowledge of Waste Streams, Maintenance and Landscape Services
  • Quality driven manager
  • Communication and Leadership skills
  • Flexible to meet the requirements of the customer and business
  • Problem solver
  • IT literate, with a strong knowledge in creating reports via a computer system
  • Spanish Speaker
