German Speaking Accounts Assistant
We are currently working with our client based in Huntingdon to recruit a German Speaking Accounts Assistant.
Founded in 1998 this client was an innovator in the services they provide and has built their reputation to be an award winning company!
They are looking for someone to assist in all areas of accounts and to support the Finance Manager.
The role will be varied and you will be exposed to all areas of accounts and company information therefore experience of handling confidential information is paramount.
Initially you will be focusing on their sister company based in Berlin, therefore the successful candidate will need to be fluent in German, both written and spoken.
- Sales Ledger,
- Producing customer invoices,
- Monitoring and chasing customer debts
- Cash flow forecast
- Bank reconciliations EURO
- Assist in allocation if cash receipts
- Any other ad-hoc duties
Required Skills and Experience;
- A minimum of 2 years experience within an accounts role
- Experience of AX Dynamics or similar programmes
- Advanced Excel and other Microsoft packages
- Experience of handling confidential information
- Bilingual – German, English (written and spoken)
Hours of work: 37.5 Per Week
