We are looking for our next superstar Coffee Bar Manager! If you are passionate, self-motivated and have lots of experience in managing high volume covers in a fast paced coffee retail environment (contract catering preferred but not essential) - we want to hear from you!

Up to £28,000 dependent on experience

Main responsibilities

As Coffee Bar Manager, you will be responsible for the successful catering operation within the busy Coffee Bar which is open Monday - Friday.

You will be managing and developing the FOH team of 10, reviewing marketing initiatives and ensuring targets are being met and exceeded. Working with the Food Service Manager, you will ensure the high quality offer is sustained at all times. You will champion and promote innovation and high level of food quality & customer service.
