Quality Assurance Advisor (call centre/sales)Portsmouth£19-20K plus bonusPermanentImmediate Start AvailableThe purpose of the role is to ensure that high standards of call and work quality meets business, customer and client expectations.- You will evaluate mainly outbound sales calls ensuring they comply with the criteria/structure set across the business
- You will listen to appointment gen calls, sales calls (including those that conclude a deal) and monitor performance ensuring consistency across the business- Work closely with the Sales Managers, Trainers and Sales Director across the sales floor in order to improve performance, deliver feedback, identify improvement opportunities and provide coaching.- Ensure internal policies and procedures are adhered to and produce reports when necessaryThis is a responsible role that provides the business with vital feedback on the performance and quality of telemarketing and sales calls made. You will have had previous experience in a similar role that involves call listening and monitoring or have solid experience in sales with a good eye for detail and performance, be an excellent communicator and understand the need and impact of procedure and quality compliance.
